	CEO Perspectives is one of the premier programs in the nation offered specifically for people making the transition to C-level management responsibility. It is an integrated learning experience that combines the kind of leading edge research that Kellogg School faculty members can provide with unique access to the practical leadership experience of sitting CEOs and business leaders. The CEO Perspectives program addresses these needs and provides a means to accelerate the development of C-suite executives so they can better serve the CEO and the company.

Each program module is delivered by a team of world-class academics and other thought leaders, together with current CEOs and Board members from leading global companies, interacting in group exercises with the participants.

Every element of the program itself is distinctive. The Kellogg faculty members introduce topics, shape discussions, and provide key points of research-based information. The participants are seen as equal players, sharing their own experiences and insights.
