Erin McInerney is Executive Director of CEO Perspectives, a unique program sponsored by Kellogg School of Management in partnership with the Corporate Leadership Center. She is responsible for strategic direction, marketing, relationship management, and delivery of the program.


Erin is also Executive Vice President and Principal of StockShield, Inc., a firm specializing in equity risk management for individuals with concentrated stock positions; she is responsible for business development.


Previously, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of LaSalle Bank Corporation, a $110 billion financial services company. She led all aspects of marketing including a broad platform of high profile, branded activities such as the LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon, had P&L accountability for an $800 million suite of retail products and was on the Global Communications Board of parent company, ABN AMRO. She played a leading role in developing a distinctive value proposition for the retail bank generating over a 50% increase in earnings – by delivering enhanced products, a comprehensive promotional campaign, dramatic cost reductions, and price enhancements.


Her role at LaSalle followed a 25-year career with Harris Bank, a $55 billion regional bank, where her successive assignments and executive promotions reflect her strength in repositioning businesses to create substantial growth. She also served on Harris Bank’s Management Committee and on the Board of Directors of the Harris Bank Hinsdale.


McInerney also has served as a member of the board of directors of ADABEI, Inc., a company specializing in small business services for dentists, as chair of the audit and finance committee, as a director of ADA Intelligent Dental Marketing, and director of Harris Bank Hinsdale.
